Step 3: Page Orientation

By clicking Landscape under "Choose an Orientation," you can tell Publisher that you want the document to be printed sideways on a piece of paper. Click Portrait to change the printing back to normal. Page orientation

Step 4: Publication Layout

Depending on the type of Publication you are creating, you may need to change the Publication Layout. For example, lets say you want to create labels. Click Labels under "Choose a Publication Layout" - notice that many types of predefined labels appear (if you select one, the document you create will be made in that particular image). For now, click Cancel so the setup of the page remains unchanged. Leave the file open on your screen if you are planning to continue. Publication layout: Thumbnail
